On-Line Programming Monitors
A key component of the service offered is regularly scheduled programming monitors. Ted spends one to three days monitoring a station on the internet. The agenda for these sessions typically includes a strategic analysis of competitive issues, product execution and presentation, talent performance, positioning and promotions. A full written report follows. Consultation and discussion of the
findings and recommendations is conducted by phone.
Talent Coaching
Ted is known as an effective talent coach. He has proven success working both key talent and emerging talent in stations across the country including program hosts (disc jockeys, talk shows, information shows), newscasters and sportscaster. Each session includes a monitor of a recent show or specific performance such as a newscast. Coaching happens by phone and is designed to develop
skills, preparation techniques and performance abilities.
