Over the summer, we look after him daily. He never stops asking questions and happily offers analysis of various things in his life. He certainly is entertaining.

He just found out that his Baba has a twin and that means they have the same birthday.
J: Deda, guess what?
Me: It's raining.
J: Deda......guess what? We have the same birthday.
Me: Yes we do Jonathan, and that makes us special.
J: Are we twins?
Me: Yes J, you and me. Twins forever.
J: Deda.........

J: Deda, look what I did at school.
Me: Tell me about it.
J: Deda.....it's fish.
Me: Nice Jonathan. You're becoming quite the artist.
J: But they don't have eyes.
Me: I'll put it on the fridge anyway. Want to help me?
J: (Huge smile)

J. Did Baba buy me treats?
Me. Was school fun? What did you do?
J. I forget. Do we have to go to the store for Baba?
Me. Baba went to the store yesterday.
J. Did she get treats?
Me. You'll have to ask Baba.

Me: do you want chicken and fries for a snack?
J: no
Me: why?
J: I ate my lunch, I want treats
Me: like what?
J: I want a Rocket Pop and then Smarties. Did Baba buy me
anything?
Me: no
J: does Baba have cookies?
Me: yes
J: then I'll have cookies and popcorn. Does Baba have ice
cream?
Me: so did you have fun at school?

J: Deda did you decorate the tree?
Me: No, but Baba did and she saved one ornament for you to
put on the tree.
J: Which one?
Me: Jacob Marley.
J: Whose Jacob Marley?
We'll have to watch the movie again soon.

J: I was a good boy at school today.
Me: That's excellent!
J: I got to pick a prize from the prize box.
Me: That's great J, what did pick?
J: A car.
Me: Why am I not surprised?
J: It broke already but I'll show you anyway. Can you buy me
another one?

J: Katrina and Arianna try to kiss me at school.
Me: That's nice. What do you do?
J: I run real fast and they can't catch me.

J: And next time I'm going to hide on the roof.
Me: So you had fun.
J: Yes.
